Most of the people dream of studying English abroad because it gives them the opportunity to improve their level. Calgary, in Canada, is a great place for making this dream come true and being in touch with the culture and the language.

Next April 5th a group of nine students and a teacher will travel to Calgary to participate in the Calgary Catholic School District S.T.E.P Program. The students will attend classes in different schools and the teacher will accompany them and will be involved in the activities each of these schools has.

Gimnasio Iragua wishes them a great trip and hopes that this experience becomes unforgettable and meaningful for their lives.

My experience

 by Gabriella Benedetti:
I am very happy here in Calgary, I’ll never forget this experience because I have learned a lot of things and also I had a lot of fun in the zoo and in Banff, they were awesome I saw a lot of different animals, we went in the gondola and we went shopping. I love my school, the boys and girls are really nice and also my family.
My family took me to Vermont for Easter it was really nice there it was sunny and warm. Its was very good I have a lot of chocolates from the Easter bunny! And we had and Easter egg hunt I’ll never forget that because I don’t celebrate Easter in Colombia!
